Are all the on-premise WhatsApp API features available for the WhatsApp Cloud API?

From 360dialog’s side, the feature missing from the WhatsApp Cloud API is standard and premium support. 360dialog’s WhatsApp Cloud API users can access community support and upgrade to standard support for an additional €20/month.
From Meta’s side, they are working on releasing monthly updates to ensure that the Cloud API provides the same key features as the On-Premises API, including user change notifications and sticker pack management.
Currently, through 360dilaog, all these features are included:

- Media Messages
- Interactive Messages
- Templates Message
- Media Template Messages
- Contacts & Location Messages
- Interactive Template Messages
- Other Message Types
