From 360dialog’s side, the feature missing from the WhatsApp Cloud API is standard and premium support. 360dialog’s WhatsApp Cloud API users can access community support and upgrade to standard support for an additional €20/month. From Meta’s side, they are working on releasing monthly updates to ensure that the Cloud API provides the same key features as the On-Premises API, including user change notifications and sticker pack management. Currently, through 360dilaog, all these features are included:

• Contacts & Location Messages

• Other Message Types
