I Can’t get my Business verified. What should I do to complete the Facebook Business Verification process for the WhatsApp Business API?

Please note that you don’t need to go through the Facebook business verification process to access the WhatsApp Business API (WABA) from 360dialog. However, you need to verify your business on Facebook to be able to remove the limits on messaging through WABA.

If you cannot get your Business verified – please ensure, at a minimum, that the information in the Business Info section of your Facebook Manager is updated and accurate. The Business Info should match exactly the Business Info displayed on your company website:
- Business Legal Name
- Business Address
- Phone Number
- Business Website
- Unlimited customer-initiated conversations (24-hour messaging windows)
- Ability to send notifications to 50 unique customers in a rolling 24-hour period
- Ability to register up to two (2) phone numbers, which can both be assigned to 1 WABA or split between 2 WABAs You can stay in this Tier indefinitely.
