Why I can’t use the WhatsApp business app after getting the WhatsApp Business API from 360dialog?

You can’t use WhatsApp business with a number that is used for WhatsApp Business API. They are two different things . 360dialog provides the WhatsApp business API only which serves as an application programming interface (API)and it is not an application itself.
